Kate is working on her doctorate in education leadership, research, and policy at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Kate has a Master's in marketing from Marist College and a Bachelor's in secondary education from Michigan State University. She is deeply passionate about education and believes that all people should have access to high quality education. In this spirit, Kate is excited to partner with the Black Hills Studio of the Arts to help bring music and arts education to anyone who would like to learn as she knows the power of the arts changes lives. She herself plays the French Horn! She is passionate about combining her unique skills set to increase access to high quality music education in the Black Hills community.
