My career in music as vocalist, percussionist, composer, pianist, music educator, arranger and songwriter spans more than 30 years.  Compositions I have written and recorded have been performed internationally, on television, and radio.  As a teenager I was awarded 1ˢᵗ place in the California Teen Vocalist Championships for songwriting and 4tᵗʰ place for vocal performance.  

 

Over the years, I have combined my compositional interests with my interest in accelerated learning techniques to develop curriculum and lesson plans for songwriting and music performance.  I have written, recorded, and published a large range of music spanning many genres and I am passionate about helping to foster music students' creativity and build a solid foundation of good technique and music theory to support a lifelong journey of musicality.
